Rochester's Locally Owned Electrical Contractor Since 1998

Meet Our President: Keith Capelle

Keith Capelle has spent more than forty years in the electrical trade and has led Capelle's Electric since founding it in 1998. He's a licensed journeyman and licensed electrician, and in four decades he's watched codes, technologies, and safety standards change several times over — which is exactly why he can walk into an unfamiliar panel and find the fault instead of guessing at it.

That experience shows up in how the work gets done: honest assessments, transparent pricing, and repairs that hold. When Keith isn't on a job or reviewing plans, he's usually traveling, out on a pontoon, or on the trails — the same steadiness he brings to a service call, pointed somewhere more relaxing.

Electrical Work That Keeps a Business Running

Alongside our residential work, we've built a strong reputation servicing car lots and auto dealerships across the region. Dealerships are demanding electrical environments — high-output lot lighting, security systems, heavy-duty service bay wiring, diagnostic tool hookups, and vehicle charging infrastructure all in one property.

For a business, poor lighting or a dark service bay costs money by the hour. That shapes how we approach commercial service and repair: get there quickly, work around your operations rather than through them, and finish to code the first time. Whether it's a panel upgrade to support new equipment, an LED lot lighting retrofit, or an emergency repair, the goal is the same — you stay open.
